Apple is considering licensing its AirPlay technology to TV manufacturers for video purposes,
Bloomberg News reported Wednesday.
The licensing would allow users to stream video from their iPad to their TV. The company currently only licenses AirPlay for audio, to such companies as Denon.

AirPlay was introduced last fall along with the most recent version of Apple TV.
