N.E.W. Customer Service Companies used the occasion of the International CES to showcase its Plug & Play online software. This innovation that can be integrated into a dealer’s online sales site to match an appropriate service contract to a particular product and highlight that service contract for the consumer in a clear, easy-to-understand and compelling manner, said Jamie Breneman, director of marketing.
“Online is exploding as a method of sale, and most of our brick-and-mortar dealers use it to sell,” she said. “But it’s very difficult to have a buyer buy a plan unless they are prompted. This software is designed to do that, and help our dealers sell more plans online.”
The program was awarded a CES Innovations 2010 Design and Engineering Award at the show.
