Colorado vNet, Autonomic Reach Agreement

Autonomic Controls and Colorado vNet announced this week that they have reached a licensing agreement. Under the deal, Colorado vNet will license Autonomic’s Media Control System (MCS) for the new Vibe Media Streamer (SKU MS1-1).

“Every time Autonomic partners with manufacturers in the CEDIA channel, we demonstrate our value proposition,” Michael de Nigris, Co-founder and CEO of Autonomic, said as part of the announcement. “Our goal is to provide our partners with technology that delivers a robust, reliable foundation for their digital streaming devices, which allows them to focus on developing features that distinguish them in the marketplace, rather than reinventing the wheel. Our agreement with Colorado vNet is an exciting opportunity to see our technology integrated into another premium, distributed audio product.”

“Partnering with Autonomic creates new opportunities for our dealers to extend digital media functionality with a proven solution,” Charlie Porritt, CEO of Russound and Colorado vNet Corp., said. “The Autonomic Media Control System gives us a way to use our existing infrastructure to deliver a level of performance that sets us apart from our competitors.”
